Strategic Plan 2021-2025

This Strategic Plan for CHA is the result of a planning process spanning several months. It represents hard work on the part of the Strategic Planning Committee which was comprised of General Assembly members, Managing Director, senior management staff and executive management board. In large part, the process was undertaken as a result of experiential growth in the organization and the addition of new ideas emerging from the field offices. Strategic Plan 2016-2020

The organization envisions to work as an effective reliable, innovative and a pioneer organization in the field of community development and reduction of vulnerability with its organizational mission being to empower individuals and communities, in joint efforts with social and civic institutions and the private sector.
